Terms of Service

Rally is a tennis coordination app for private circles of friends and their coaches. By creating an account or using the demo, you agree to these terms.

Rally has no fees, no subscriptions, no premium tier, and no ads. We will never put any part of the product behind a paywall. If we ever can't keep it free, we'll shut it down instead of charging you.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. Don't share your login, and don't impersonate someone else.

Don't use Rally to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm anyone in your circle.
• Scrape, export, or otherwise collect other users' phone numbers or contact details.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or anything illegal through the iMessage hand-off.
• Reverse engineer, attack, or attempt to break the service.
• Pretend to be a coach you aren't, or a player whose results you didn't earn.

You own what you put into Rally — scores, notes, availability, friend connections. You give us a limited license to store and display that content to the people you choose to share it with (your friends, your coach).

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile screen — that removes your data per our Privacy Policy. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Rally is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate scores, or that every feature will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Since Rally is free, our total liability to you is limited to zero dollars — that's also the amount you paid us.

We'll update these terms occasionally. The effective date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use Rally after a change means you accept the new terms.
